The Haitian-American Community Organization (HACO) is a non-profit that financially supports an all-girls school in Haiti named Notre-Dame du Perpétuel Secours. The school provides a quality education and much-needed meals for at-risk girls from kindergarten through 6th grade who live in Bel-Air, one of the poorest and most dangerous neighborhoods in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. If not for our school, many of these girls would become domestic servants and lose their chance to learn and grow in the classroom.
